Policy Overview

At Ximshraxphon, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, modifications, and refunds related to our party styling and event organization services.

Booking and Deposits

To secure your event date with ximshraxphon, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount varies by package:

  • Essential Package: 30% deposit
  • Premium Package: 40% deposit
  • Luxury Package: 50% deposit

The deposit is applied toward your final invoice and secures our team's availability for your chosen date. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 Days Before Event

If you cancel more than 60 days before your scheduled event, your deposit will be forfeited, but you will not be charged any additional fees. Any payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded in full within 14 business days.

30 to 60 Days Before Event

Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit plus an additional 25% of the remaining balance. This covers costs incurred for reserved materials and scheduled labor.

Less than 30 Days Before Event

Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in forfeiture of 75% of the total contract value. At this stage, significant resources have been committed to your event, including purchased materials and confirmed vendor arrangements.

Less than 14 Days Before Event

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are subject to the full contract amount. All materials will have been purchased and vendors confirmed at this point.

Event Postponement

If you need to postpone your event rather than cancel, Ximshraxphon will work with you to reschedule to a mutually agreeable date within 12 months of the original booking, subject to availability. Your deposit and any payments made will transfer to the new date. However, if rescheduling requires significant changes to the styling plan or occurs less than 30 days before the original event date, additional fees may apply.

Service Modifications

Changes to your styling package or event details are welcome and can be made without penalty up to 30 days before your event. Modifications made less than 30 days before the event may incur additional fees depending on the nature and extent of the changes. All modification requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Force Majeure and Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, or venue closures, ximshraxphon will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund minus actual costs already incurred will be provided.

Refund Processing

All eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances as outlined in our service agreement.

Damaged or Lost Items

If any props, decorations, or equipment provided by Ximshraxphon for your event are damaged, lost, or not returned, you will be charged the replacement cost plus a 25% handling fee. All items remain the property of ximshraxphon and must be returned in good condition after the event.

Service Guarantee

Ximshraxphon is committed to delivering exceptional party styling services. If you are unsatisfied with our services due to a failure to meet the agreed-upon styling plan, please notify us within 24 hours of your event. We will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a partial refund based on the specific circumstances.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have concerns about cancellation fees or refunds, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and amicably. All disputes will be handled in accordance with Australian consumer law.
